Unified Application Platform: Applicants can submit RoW permission requests for any state in India through a single interface, simplifying the process and eliminating the need to interact with multiple authorities.

Centralized Application Tracking: Users can track the status of their applications in real-time, ensuring transparency and providing visibility into the progress of the approval process.

Automated Alerts: Applicants receive automated notifications and updates at each stage of the application processing, ensuring timely awareness of any changes or requirements.

Application Process

Register/Login as Applicant Begin by registering or logging into the centralized Right of Way system using your credentials to access the application portal.

Select State Choose the state where you are applying for the Right of Way permission.

Create New Request Initiate a new Right of Way request by selecting the appropriate option to begin the application process.

Fill and Submit Form & Pay Admin Fees Complete the required application form with the necessary details and submit the form. Ensure that you pay the applicable administrative fees for processing.

After Approval/Pay Reaming Dues Once your application is approved, proceed with the payment for the remaining dues to move forward.

Download e-Signed Approval Letter After completing the payment process, download the electronically signed approval letter as confirmation of your approved Right of Way application.

No, applicants have to register themselves only for the first time. Later, they can login using your registered mobile number or email id.

Click on the Change Password link in the \'My Profile\' section and proceed.

Click on the forgot Password link on the Login page and you will receive the OTP on the registered email and phone number

Yes, using registered mobile and using OTP applicant can login to the application

Click on the \'New Request\' menu option in the navigation pane for creating the new request.

User can request for \'Ground Based Tower\', \'Roof Top Tower/Poles\' and \'Optical Fiber Cable\' permission.

After login user can see the status on the Applicant dashboard either using the search option or in the respective status tabs.

If the application is reverted by the authority then the applicant needs to provide the missing/requested information and re-submit the application.

No, application fees are payable only once. There will not be any fees at the time re-submission of application

The application is rejected without mentioning the reason by the authorities. No further action is required.
